Hello my dear friends!!! I'm sorry I have been so MIA recently, and if you follow me on Instagram, you'll know why. For those who don't have an Instagram, I announced that my husband and I are expecting and I'm due in November! We are so excited! For the past two months, I have been plagued by morning sickness and tiredness but I think I am on the mend! Yay!
Okay, so back to the purpose of this post. I was invited by some amazing, wonderful bloggers to participate in something called the Repurpose Design Series. It's where we have to find something via thrift store or curb and give it a big facelift. The catch? We can only spend $20 bucks. The idea behind the series is for people to see that you can take something sad looking and make it lovely again, with just a little love.
I've been thinking about what to do for the past couple of weeks. In my super small town, we only have one Salvation Army and it's usually pretty skimpy. With that said, I knew finding furniture for $20 bucks will be hard pickin' so I kept my mind open when I occasionally went inside.
This blog follows my love for family, design, & entertaining!
